inclement or less-than-ideal weather conditions*. No reimbursement for missed
lessons.
MUST BE AT THE SNOW SCHOOL BELL 10 MINS BEFORE THE LESSON BEGINS.
How to cancel or reschedule your Lesson
- Login to your account at shop.mountstlouis.com.
- Once there, click your name in the top left corner to open a drop-down menu and click "My Lessons".
- Next to the participants name select "Details:"
- Click on the option to reschedule or cancel your lesson.
- If choosing to cancel you will receive an online credit note for amount of the lesson paid minus a $60 + HST administration fee via email.
No phone calls will be accepted to cancel or reschedule a lesson.
NOTE: Any rescheduled lesson not taken by the end of the season in which it was purchased will be cancelled and payment forfeited upon season closure.
